Cameron & Jonathan are joined by Ben from Appleton Beer Factory over a couple beers.

Ben walks us through approximately 25,000 man hours of work over three years to turn a 1940s auto shop into the functional brewery that it is today. 

With no formal training, but a learn as you go, Ben considers what he does professional homebrewing. If he doesn't consider himself a professional brewer, it sounds like he's at least close to going pro in beer-drinking!
