Cameron & Jonathan share a couple beers with Alex from Noble Roots Brewing Company in Green Bay, WI.
Alex gives us a glimpse into this brewing operation that has deep family roots. It all started with a couple family trips to some major European beer countries. Their tastes were opened to so many great new things, they came home and wanted to try making those beers.
Alex shares a lesson on what not to do in your mom’s kitchen when homebrewing. But getting kicked out of the kitchen was an opportunity to grow the operation.
The dream to open a brewery was one that kept playing over and over in their minds. After entering a few local homebrew events and competitions, some ‘professional’ brewers encourage Alex and family to just make the jump.
Jump they did!
