OMG!! (Oh my Godzilla) - we delve into the mirky waters of ?journalism and hook ourselves 2 members of the amazing Detroit band Child Bite. An extra special thanks to Shawn Knight and Sean Clancy, two of the nicest and coolest people to talk to. Please make efforts to see this band on one of their upcoming tours and buy their records so that they may continue filling our ears with their ooze!
Note: the original idea was to have a 5 minute interview because my interview skills are poor at best and I didn't want to take up too much of their time. I explained that to Shawn. He said "Wow, you really sold it (the opportunity to conduct the interview)" and grabbed up Sean Clancy and that 5 minutes turned into 38 minutes - halted only by the start of the raging performance of Unconscious Collective. Now my editing skills came into play and that 38 minutes was going to be trimmed to 10-15 minutes but I really enjoyed everything they were talking about so I think it's edited down to 23 mintues.
