There are so many times throughout our podcasting journey where our why and our motivation are tested. \xa0

We wonder if it\u2019s worth the time and effort.\xa0 We wonder if our audience will ever grow.\xa0 We wonder if we\u2019ll ever make money from our podcast. \xa0

These feelings are not only normal, but they can actually be helpful and beneficial for our growth. \xa0

So let's talk about that hamster wheel, the podcast treadmill. \xa0

Let\u2019s talk about what we think the most important element of your podcast should be and that's:\xa0 FUN. \xa0


Okay so, I know you\u2019re thinking, oh come on, it can\u2019t ALWAYS be fun, or really editing for 3 hours a week is fun to you!

But really, if you analyze each step in your podcast creation process and re-engineer the steps that aren\u2019t very enjoyable into FUN steps that you look forward to:\xa0 Not only will you enjoy your life a lot more, but you\u2019ll also really start to see podcast growth and the results that you\u2019re after. \xa0
