QUESTION:

Everyone knows Taylor’s hit Love Story, which mashes up elements of Romeo & Juliet and The Scarlet Letter. BUT – her first literary reference actually comes on her debut album, Taylor Swift, in the song The Outside, when she sings “I tried to take the road less traveled by,” referencing Robert Frost’s The Road Not Taken. So… which literary work do you want Taylor Swift to reference next?
