Havard Stjernen shares his journey moving from Norway to the US, Chongqing, Beijing, Germany, Netherlands, and finally making it back to the US.  He talks about his thought process and emotions as he moved into different cultures.  More specifically he shares his experience of launching a startup in Beijing.  He is the Country Manager for Benelux, Nordics, and ANZ markets at Wish.com.  He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
