Bill is also the founder of the Asheville Multifamily Investor Club and co-host of the Carolina Real Estate Investors Association Multifamily Group.\\n\\nRichard is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Real Estate Investor. Richard formed JCLange and Company, LLC in 2016 to invest in Real Estate. He lives in Maggie Valley, NC, and is a retired software executive with more than 30 years of experience. Richard holds a project management professional (PMP) and leverages that discipline in apartment analysis, investing, and operations.
