IT'S A BITTER PILL for American Christians to swallow, but our country is, like every other nation on Earth, under the dominion of the enemy. And all of the "God bless Americas" spoken by our politicians don't change the disturbing fact that an awful lot of pagan imagery and symbolism is on display \u2014 and even designed into \u2014 our government buildings.
Stephen Michael Schroeder stumbled onto this unpleasant reality nearly 20 years ago in Indianapolis, just half an hour from where we now produce this program. For example, the Indiana War Memorial is essentially a pagan shrine, tied in its imagery to the Washington Monument, another obelisk on the 39th Parallel.
It's design is based on the original mausoleum, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Tomb of Maussollos at Halicarnassus. Not coincidentally, so is the design of the House of the Temple, the headquarters of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A., in Washington, DC \u2014 also on the 39th Parallel.
Stephen's mission to alert our elected officials and fellow believers in Jesus Christ to this unofficially official support of paganism has resulted in the loss of at least two jobs, jail time, and the threat of having his children taken away by the state.
