Pennie Sempell has spent much of her adult life answering this question:\\xa0 How do I boost my resilience? In today\\u2019s interview, she explains what she and her colleagues have developed to address that very challenge.

Pennie Sempell completed her undergraduate B.A. in Psychology and her Law Degree at the University of California.

For over 25 years Pennie has provided training in stress resilience, health advocacy, and conflict resolution with medical professionals in both hospital and outpatient settings. A professional mediator and pioneer in integrative health education, she has authored and produced multiple award-winning multimedia tools for adults and children in lifestyle and behavioral medicine topics.

She is the co-founder and CEO of StressPal and its new program. StressPal brings behavioral health training tools to fight stress-related conditions. It is an interactive program that applies evidence-based interventions to help clinicians change how they respond, adapt to, and recover from stressors.
