Madaming stocks na yung nakarecover talaga and continuing pa din yung pag rise ng prices. Syempre, at some point it's a good time to sell na din and maybe just buy back some more if bumaba yung prices. May risk pa din na mas tumaas pa lalo yung price ng stock na ibenta mo but that might be the right choice for you if you really need it. Keep lang tayo ng dividend paying stocks and probably let go of the others na capital gain lang yung upside. I'm curious about your thoughts on this.

Also, update on DMCI: 5.17 Pesos per share na yung last traded price niya so up na yung DMC investment ko by around 2.89%.
