\nThose kinds of emotions, the ones that lie under dark water, deep within the iceberg, are all emotions that make us feel disempowered or out of control.
\nBut the truth is, that is actually a false message that we\u2019ve been conditioned to think.
\nBy pushing away the true feeling, and replacing it with anger, you are blocking a truth for you that is trying to come through.

\nA window into your values.
\nA window into the things that you care about.
\nWe don\u2019t get angry about things we do not care about.
\nWe do not get angry over things that are not close to us in some form.
