Jason started out in life wanting to be a truck driver, but several significant trigger points changed his trajectory and today he is a trained psychologist.\\xa0 Jason gave so many useful tips to deal with these uncertain times:

  • the rule of reciprocity in providing support - sometimes you are going to need to be the speaker and sometimes the listener
  • maintaining an engaged workforce during these unsettling times - for every negative stimulus, we need to counter it with at least 5 positive inputs
  • if you have lost your job, due to COVID or other reasons, remember it is not your fault, it does provide you with opportunity to reevaluate what your values are and what is important to you and then when you find that next opportunity - find the company that nurtures those values
  • the power of habits in our lives and how we can use them to our advantage
  • the importance of a constellation of people to help you with your brand management
  • what is an alter ego and how you can use it to bring the best out when you are under stress or your inner dialogue is negative.

I think you will enjoy the warmth, wisdom and support Jason provides.\\xa0 Enjoy!
