Jobs for Syrian Refugees
Most refugees do not have the right to work. In Jordan they\u2019re running an experiment to find out what happens when they\u2019re given that right.
They\u2019re handing out work permits to thousands of Syrian refugees in the hope of improving their lives and the health of the economy.
Academics say it\u2019s better for everyone, but in the local area \u2013 where unemployment is nearly 20% - they\u2019re not convinced. World Hacks reports.
