REAL provides training and support to facilitate partnerships and alliances among women in the industry. It is also a platform for successful women in the industry to share their stories and inspire other women who are just starting out. As members of REAL, women will have the opportunity to network with other female pioneers in real estate. A goal of REAL is to inspire newbies and women who may be struggling in their business by connecting them with women who have victoriously overcome the same obstacles they face. Another goal of REAL is to give women the opportunity to build strong lifetime business relationships. As women, we understand the difficulties that come along with being self-employed, a mother, wife, and the many other roles we play. So it's important for us to support one another. Just by hearing how other women got started and triumphed over road blocks, will surely breathe life into another's business. Members are able to present their deals to other investors within the group. Every area of the real estate will be represented within the group that is necessary to close a transaction. Real Estate Alliance for Ladies, also known as REAL, was created by Christina Browning in April, 2015. REAL is a network of women in the real estate investment industry who share the common goal of empowering one another and creating mutually beneficial business relationships. REAL seeks to connect women via online platforms and scheduled networking events. Women at every level in their real estate investing endeavors are welcome. The purpose of REAL is to facilitate connections and encourage partnerships and collaborations among women in REI. It's the founder's belief that forming the Right Alliances can lead to success in REI. Since the creation of REAL, the organization has had monthly events, classes, and networking. In 2019 and beyond, REAL will have quarterly events structured in a way that will make it easy to make key connections with other women in the industry. Who is this group for? REAL is for any women involved in any aspect of the real estate investing industry. This includes buy and hold investors, flippers, contractors, escrow agents at investor friendly title companies, real estate attorneys, investor friendly property insurance agents/brokers, investor friendly agents/brokers, private money lenders, hard money lenders, wholesalers, and the like.
