Have insights that you\'re presenting and an opinion of what they\'re doing wrong or what they could be doing better. And that is global."\\n\\nSam on the lessons that he needed to learn as he took on leadership roles: "I think that I was independent and autonomous for a long time as a rep. And when you move into leadership you need to work cross-functionally with others.
