Inspired by a vegan restaurant here in Houston, Texas called, ”The Vegan Soul Food” in third ward. I was inspired to make this dish because who wouldn't want to have comfort foods all year round? Right? Now, you can have it using the alternative route going Vegan. It's an healthy alternative that you can indulge in without reaping the consequences of having high blood pressure, diabetes, and clogged arteries. I enjoy cooking vegan foods; although I am not vegan I am healthy conscious. I do not own the rights to the songs played in the background.
