My guest on the Peace & Possibilities Podcast this week is more interested in building your health and wellness as opposed to putting a band aid on it.\xa0
\xa0
We all know that there are quick fixes to our problems.\xa0 When we take this approach, we may solve the problem, albeit temporarily.\xa0 But it doesn't have to be that way.
\xa0
We can think about a different phase or season of our life as not just a new normal, but a better normal. Doesn't that sound more appealing?\xa0
\xa0
What if 2020 happened so that we could all have a BETTER normal?
\xa0
Wouldn't it be nice to build your health instead of fix your health? Wouldn't it feel better to concentrate on all the good things happening as opposed to what's not working? Wouldn\u2019t it feel better to ask for guidance on what to do and where to go, and what your pain/problem is trying to teach you? Then after asking about it, you can begin to solve it from a curiosity mind-set as opposed to a problem that is making your life difficult.\xa0
Moyra Gorski wants us to consider that there's magic in our mess.\xa0 There's always a lesson.\xa0 We don't have to have it all figured out.\xa0 And luckily, she reminds us "as we grow, we find more gifts."
I couldn't agree more.
