Lyndosha Jamison is my guest this week on The Peace and Possibilities Podcast.

Like almost everyone I've talked to in the last 2 1/2 years and almost 120 episodes, her career path didn't follow a straight line. Go figure! (News flash: it rarely does.)
\xa0
From her winding journey to attorney (she knew at the age of 3 after watching a TV show), she kept asking herself, what do I have to do now?
\xa0
One of the special things she mentioned was that she was always protected by her mom and aunt, and she learned what her gifts were very early.\xa0 They never discouraged her from trying new things either.\xa0 Ever! This is especially important to budding young brains. Who knows what kids will discover if we let them try!
She learned her gifts early! Wow, what a concept, huh?
\xa0
And then she picked work that aligned with her gifts.\xa0 Hmmm, another brilliant concept\u2026
\xa0
Her advice: welcome the awareness of discovering, and recognize when you need to let something go.\xa0 Be intentional and nurture those gifts you find.
\xa0
And like many of my guests have recommended regarding their leadership advice; keep asking yourself, what's the reason you're doing what you are doing?\xa0\xa0 What is your intention?\xa0 This always helps clarify the next step along your path.
