Wee Teng Wen is founder and managing partner of The Lo & Behold Group, on the forefront of hospitality and lifestyle in Singapore, with concepts including the Extra Virgin Pizza, Tanjong Beach Club, The Warehouse Hotel, Loof, and Odette.
\nTeng Wen and Julien share why they connected, and how picking the right partner cannot be overstated. Julien shares on the strong female role models, all namesakes of his restaurants, who shaped his cooking, kitchen, and mindset; and he reminds us frequently of the importance of humility, and he shares how he changed and adapted his food once he spent more time here. Teng Wen chats on Tiger parents, the hypercompetitive F&B industry, and explains the starting point for his company was to \u201ccreate a more lovable city through bold concepts and intentional hospitality\u201d.
