Travis co-founded SASS in 2003 as a small action sports travel company with ski/snowboard trips to Argentina. Fast forward to 2015, the company has expanded to a year-round tourism company with camps in Argentina, Japan and is continuing to expand. Travis recently acquired Rincon Surf School in Puerto Rico and scaled it into a full-service travel destination which quickly became number 1 on Trip Advisor. Travis gives insight into how he took his passion, turned it into a successful business model and then scaled it into multiple action sports.
