About Matteo: Matteo is Head of Business Design at SkillGym, an HRtech company delivering AI-driven Digital Role Plays to let people practising on managing critical conversations. His professional path is the perfect expression of what he is: an enthusiastic human being who never stops to be curious. Living in Asia from 2012 to 2017, after an insightful cross-industry experience in Milan as a business advisor, he developed a wide-angle to approach projects where different cultures are involved, acting as the natural link among people from diverse teams. He had also the opportunity to found his own company in Hong Kong. Back in the EU, he is now focusing on using this experience to design and manage business models and business development.
