b'Thomas Schumacher kicked off 2020 with his debut EP \\u201cCrimson\\u201d for Adam Beyer\\u2019s\\nDrumcode label, which landed him an incredible triple Top 10 hit on Beatport, once again\\ncementing his reputation as one of the greats of Techno.\\nThe Berlin-based DJ and producer makes light of his status as one of the most\\nchampioned, long standing artists in Techno. "What I love about Techno is that it\\ndemands I question myself, reinvent myself over and over again every time.\\u201d\\nSchumacher is always pushing his own boundaries. "The art of being relevant," he says,\\n"is to forget what you know.\\u201d In his early days as an artist, he had to learn how to\\nphysically create the sounds he heard in his head.
