b'As I get real with you today, I will be stepping on some toes and tell you that trying to be authentic never works. If you feel like no one\'s getting what you\'re all about and not getting the results you want, then it might be time to take a step back. Recognize that the "trying" is the problem; the \'trying\' means that you\'re not being it. The "trying" is what is causing you to seem disingenuous to not connect with the people you are supposed to serve.

I\'ll start at the beginning, which is if you are faking it, pretending to be something that you really don\'t feel you are, then that alone will come off as disingenuous.\\xa0

Use your voice, your words, which matter in the same way you will when you reach whatever goal you\'re looking for, whether that\'s a business revenue goal or a certain amount of clients or landing a particular client, be the person now in every aspect that you can.\\xa0\\xa0
\\u2714\\ufe0fThe effort of being out of alignment with who you are is causing you to waste energy. The idea that we are compelled to adhere to what other people believe creates that cycle of suppression. Even in my external aspects, keeping who I truly am speaks how much we tend to fake it until we make it. Putting the effort alone of being out of alignment with who we are is causing us to waste so much time and energy.
