I will be talking about some of the lessons learnt from the book Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss who is an ex FBI hostage negotiator. There are so many lessons that you can take from someone who has been dealing with people from all sorts of different backgrounds in highly pressurised situations. Here people act irrationally trying whatever they can to get out of the situation.  Asking for everything but don't want to give anything in return. How do you turn the tables and get what you want from these sorts of situations. Chris Voss offers some simple solutions that have worked for him many times and can be used in any situation from your personal life to business.
