OA253: Religious Freedom and Domineque Ray
Today's episode tackles the recent Dunn v. Ray\xa0decision in which the Supreme Court used a procedural mechanism to allow the State of Alabama to execute a devout Muslim without affording him the same sorts of religious freedom they do to Christian inmates.\xa0 Is it as bad as it looks? (Yes.)
