Kimi Hirotsu Ziemski is a project management facilitator and a coach at KSP Partnership. Leadership driven project management is the focus of Kimi’s career and success. She has published several books on "Women in Leadership" and "Impact of Culture on Teams' Productivity". She has also contributed to the 4th edition of Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMI). Using tools from multiple project management approaches, her enthusiasm for learning led her to an interesting discovery.
