The WACAP is a 501(c)3 agency that works on behalf of children waiting in US foster care and around the world for a family of their own.\\xa0 They pair with KING5 TV each week showcasing a child waiting in Washington State foster care, in a segment called A Family for Me.\\xa0 Since their inception in 1976, over 11,000 children have come home to loving families!\\xa0 WACAP is a Renton Chamber of Commerce member and Melissa is an active member of RANU (Renton Area Non-Profits Unite).
