South King county is home to many new immigrants and refugees searching for employment in a strange and confusing environment.\\xa0 Spice Bridge offers them the opportunity to open their own restaurants, and share their own unique ethnic cuisine with their new host community.\\xa0 Additionally, these entrepreneurs are provided business training, kitchen and kiosk space, and all the ingredients necessary to help make them, and their businesses, a success.

Program participants, Theary Ngeth and Liyu Yirdaw, join in the conversation, sharing delectable bits about their Cambodian and Ethiopian fare,\\xa0 two parts of the 8-part international culinary choir performing at Spice Bridge.
