Portland volunteers gear up for annual bike count
Each summer for more than 30 years, over 100 volunteers spend rush hour at intersections across Portland to tally vehicles. But they\u2019re not counting car bumpers, but bike bells \u2014 it\u2019s the city\u2019s annual bicycle count.
