Oregon lawmakers reach deal to avert a legislative standoff
Weeks of delays in the Oregon legislature appear to be nearing an end. Democrats and Republicans reached a deal last night to put a stop to a standoff that had been slowing down this year\u2019s session. And in exchange for ending the logjam, Democrats agreed to give up a big political advantage
