Despite Oregons many problems, state lawmakers begin 2023 legislative session optimistic
The Oregon Legislature returned to work this week for the 2023 session. State lawmakers have huge challenges to solve and a recent history of partisan gridlock. But legislative leaders in both parties sounded surprisingly optimistic.
