Bumpy rollout of vaccinations for Oregon's healthcare workers.
Oregon is still just halfway to its goal of getting the COVID-19 vaccine to 100,000 health care workers and nursing home residents. The Oregon Health Authority acknowledged problems and announced some steps they says will speed up the vaccination process.
