Putting a bow on the Cubs' 2021 season
If someone told Cubs fans before the 2021 season that they'd end the year at 71-91, many, if not most, would have said, "Yeah, I could see that." The way the Cubs got to 71-91, however, was more than a little surprising. They were in first place in the middle of June! They traded three of the most beloved players in franchise history in a 12-hour span! They used an MLB record 69 players!
