Whether in your team members, your family members, or your friends, allow for a shift in worldview. What has changed about them since you last saw them?
Most important, start with yourself: reflect on what\\u2019s changed in, for, or about you in the last few months, weeks, days, or even moments.
You\\u2019re not the same person you were.
It\\u2019s important to acknowledge that those we engage with, even daily, aren\\u2019t who they were either.
