b'My first inspiration to study the martial arts had a one-handed intention. My life long love of the martial arts, Aikido specifically has to do with the benefits of practicing Aikido. And not just all the one-handed benefits. I truly enjoy training in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. I have been doing Aikido since 1997. I operated a full time professional school (dojo) for ten years. I did take a solid 8 years off from training but have been back at it these past two years. And this past year I have traveling a lot to see dear friends, deepen my training, and get back to something I hold very dear to my heart.\\n\\nI just returned from Redwood City, California after three days of training at the Doran Sensei 60 years in Aikido celebration seminar. It was a very special time in support of someone who has made such a big difference in Aikido in America. And it also did something very special for me. It helped to reignite my love of Aikido.\\n\\nThanks for listening!
