In this episode, I am discussing the two most common limiting beliefs that we stack upon throughout our life. These two beliefs are, “I am not worthy”, and “I am not enough”.
- We hold up to 13 generations of trauma in our DNA. These traumas can be large or small. These traumas can be childhood, generational, or from a past life.
- Most limiting beliefs we have as adults were caused by 2 basic beliefs. I am not worthy. I am not enough.
- This could have started with our parents divorcing, or during our traumatic birth into this life. This would be the first time we feel we are not worthy or enough.
- Kindergarten- now someone doesn’t want to share with you, and it reaffirms your belief, but as “I am not nice enough”
- Then the first time you have a crush and they don’t like you back. But now, “I am not attractive enough”.
- Then as an adult- you want to start a business, but the belief is “who would ever listen to me?”.. Nothing has changed, but that belief you have of not being worthy, or enough- has stacked many times, and is not running your life.
- You must eliminate the belief. Meditation is great for this, as well as my 4 step process.
- Next episode- the 4 step limiting belief process to reframe and create new beliefs.
