After a fabulous 2 weeks in Ireland, I am deep in the throes of Jet Lag, thus why this episode took a few tries. Ireland is amazing. You need to go. We visited so many beautiful places in a country deep with history and charm. Do I recommend going in January? Well, yes, yes I do.
