Sarina Coventry is a degree qualified Nutritionist (BHSc) and EFT Tapping Practitioner. She runs her own online practise, has a part time role as a nutrition coach and has recently joined The Seed Cycle as their business development manager. She takes a holistic approach that seeks to educate and empower women toward working WITH their bodies rather than against them.
