This program was adapted from the audio from a Public Art Piece called ‘Meantime in Greenwich’ produced by David Clark in 2012. The installation consisted of twenty-four sundials installed throughout Sir Sandford Fleming Park in Halifax, accompanied by twenty-four stories about the mysterious nature of time (that could be played on your phone or mp3 player), and twenty-four AR virtual sculptures that could be accessed through a free iPhone app. The work celebrated the ‘Father of Standard Time’; Sir Sandford Fleming, in the park that had been his retirement home and is where he died.

This work was commissioned by the Halifax Regional Municipality as part of celebration of the 100th anniversary of ‘The Dingle’, a tower that Sir Sandford Fleming built in 1912 as a commemoration of 150 years of representational government in Nova Scotia.
