Carbs and More Carbs

b'CARBS! Most of us have a love/hate relationship with them. If you\\u2019re one of those people, let us enlighten you. Carbs can and should be your friend.\\n\\n\\nHere we are! Still keeping it real for you and now we\\u2019re breaking down the carb story.\\nIt\\u2019s LUCKY NUMBER 13! That\\u2019s right, episode 13 is about to drop on you.\\nWe\\u2019ve wrapped up all the proteins (at least, the animal variety) and it\\u2019s on to the other parts of your plate. Remember, we did that balancing act episode where we talked to you about how easy it is to put a meal together. Here\\u2019s the next part of your plate program, then.\\nCarbohydrates are getting a bad rap these days what with all the paleo and keto diets our there.\\nBut here\\u2019s why we think that\\u2019s happening: YOU EAT TOO MANY and slather them with butter and sour cream and cheese! It\\u2019s not the carb\\u2019s fault! It\\u2019s all the stuff you put on them.
