How To Stop Being So Hard On Yourself

Why is it that we struggle so much to motivate ourselves? What kind of things are we saying to ourselves when we don't hit our goals, or commit to a plan set out? Is it encouraging? Is it compassionate? Or are we beating ourselves up mentally and sabotaging our own growth?

In this episode, I express a hard truth that we are all a part off, due to conditioning, and sometimes not feeling "good enough". This can stem down to a lack of self worth, and many other areas of our lives... however, the key here is, why are we cheerleaders to our friends, and can't seem to push ourselves in the direction we seek to grow?
