Our podcast guest is the delightful Modupeola Fadugba, a young multi-disciplinarian artist who draws from her vast global travels and academic background.

Modupeola holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, a Masters in Economics from the University of Delaware and a Masters in Education from Harvard University but her heart and passion is deeply rooted in visual learning and responses.

In her short six-year career as an artist, she has created powerful and beautiful bodies of work which touches on societal and political diversity, community, female empowerment and the artwork through the swim stories and the synchronised swimming.\\xa0 Her paintings are featured in impressive museums and private collection around the globe.

In our conversation, Modupeola joins us from Philidelphia where she is currently completing her residency at the Smithsonian. We explore her painting practice, use of materials and the impact of her life growing up in Togo, Uganda, Nigeria and UK.\\xa0 She is a brilliant observer and combines her intellect and warmth to establish human value and narrative effortlessly in her impactful artwork.
