And our friends elsewhere in the country face winter storms, tornadoes, flooding and more. It is hard to set time aside to get ready for something you don't really know when or how it will come. In this episode, Nancy and Sarah give you three steps to put a nonprofit disaster plan in place. They tell you about a new disaster planning resource for nonprofits being launched at a regional conference at the end of April 2021.
