These analog reel-to-reel recordings are nearing the end of their expected shelf lives and will deteriorate and be lost forever if they are not preserved. We talk with the guys about their mission to preserve the legacy of such an iconic part of American Musical history, how Bear saw things differently and used that to create his own technology, the mission behind the Owsley Stanley Foundation and why it matters so much, and a whole lot more.
