She is the head of William Morris Endeavor\'s (WME) Worldwide Literary, Lectures and Conference Divisions and became the youngest person, and only female, to join WME\'s board of directors. Under Walsh\'s leadership, her department boasts more New York Times Best Sellers than any other agency in the world. In spearheading the launch of WME\'s conference division, she created national conferences for authors like Oprah Winfrey and Arianna Huffington.
