She navigated her way through male-dominated Hollywood executive offices and then left it all behind to join Robert De Niro to create Tribeca Productions, one of New York\\u2019s most successful production companies (behind "Meet the Parents" and many more hits). As the Executive Chair of Tribeca Enterprises, she is the woman behind the Tribeca Film Festival, Tribeca Studios, Tribeca Film Festival International and the Tribeca Film Institute. Rosenthal talks about what it\\u2019s like to be a film and TV producer and her advice for those trying to pursue that path.
