31. Should You Be Paying More Attention to Your Body and Less to Your Screens? Kim Kimball

How is working from home going for you?  I personally love the fact that I can be around my family more, and connect with people through video calls.  I\\u2019ve been able to attend several webinars related to topics surrounded Covid-19 and how it\\u2019s changing our business models.

But several weeks into the lock down, I noticed that I was having a hard time going to sleep.  It was a bit harder to separate work from home life.  I would lie in bed for a while and was having a hard time calm down.  I think in part it was because I was spending too much time reading the news and on my computer before going to bed.  It was causing stimulating my mind, and making it so that I couldn\\u2019t get the rest I needed.

But then when I started reducing my screen time before going to bed and leaving my phone to charge outside of the bedroom, I noticed that it was quite a bit easier for me to get to sleep.
