Convene is a company that designs and services premium co-working, meeting, and event spaces with a strong foundation in hospitality. They have locations in cities all over the world such as Philadelphia, Chicago, New York, and London.

Ryan started the company in 2009 and has gone on an incredible journey, building the organization from start-up to over 1,000 employees just before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our discussion centered around the Convene Leadership Team\\u2019s incredibly difficult decisions during the pandemic, as well as their remarkable foresight to make tweaks to the business model so they emerge with a full head of steam once COVID is behind us!
