Scotland to raise minimum pricing for alcohol this September

Scotland will raise minimum alcohol prices by almost one third this September. 

This means Scottish consumers will be unable to buy a bottle of red wine for less than \xa36.09 or a bottle of whisky for under \xa318.20. Sheila Gilheaney, CEO at Alcohol Action Ireland gave her reaction to Newstalk Breakfast.
