Poor working conditions leading to a mass exodus of Junior doctors
\u202fWorking conditions and a lack of supports are fuelling the shortage of non-consultant hospital doctors by driving many to move abroad. That\u2019s according to a new survey from the Irish Medical Organisation, whose AGM takes place later today.
